What to do if the CO2 laser does not emit light Why and How to solve it
You can follow the steps below:
1: Check the power connection
Press Pulse, the ammeter works, and the laser power supply is normal; if it does not work, check whether the wire connection or power supply is damaged. Remove the signal wire and network cable of the laser power supply, and then press the TEST button. If the laser shoots out, then the laser tube and power supply are fine, it may be that the wires are not connected somewhere. At this time, please check and make sure that the wires in the motherboard are connected correctly.

2: Check your Estop
To ensure the use of safety, the laser cutting machine is set with an emergency stop function. It is the big red button that can be pressed quickly to cut off the power supply to the laser. Remember to reset the stop (by turning it until it "bounces" to the "up" position). If the emergency stop is not reset, the laser will not be started and will not emit light.

3: Check the water system
Another common reason for the laser tube not emitting light is that water is not flowing through the laser tube. As a safety setting, if water does not flow through the laser tube, it will not emit laser. Some cooling systems will turn on the alarm when the water is not flowing or the water temperature is too high. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the cooling system is normal so that the laser tube can emit light. Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the cooling water is normal.

4: Check whether the optical path lens is normal.
Sometimes the laser tube emits light, but the lens in the optical path is not in the correct position, which causes the laser to be unable to focus on the material. Therefore, you can try to calibrate the optical path and check whether the lens is intact.
