How to install correctly
Place the machine in a clean, dry, vibration-free room. Avoid environments with high humidity, direct sunlight, or dust.
Mount the UV laser marking machine on a flat, stable surface that can support its weight and is free from vibration.
Use a stable power supply, typically AC 220V ±10%, 50Hz, equipped with a dedicated circuit breaker.
For air-cooled models, ensure all air inlets and outlets are unobstructed for good ventilation. For water-cooled models, connect the inlet and outlet water pipes according to the instruction manual, fill with clean distilled water, and check for leaks.
Carefully connect the laser head, galvanometer, control card, and computer according to the wiring diagram.
Before use, perform optical calibration to ensure the laser beam passes accurately through the optical path and is correctly focused on the work surface.
After all components are connected, turn on the main power and perform low-power test marking on the sample material.
